I want to make sure I understand the fentanyl situation.first off ,I think the cop was over the top but murder is a strong word,maybe manslaughter is better.
Anyway, is the argument for oding that he swallowed it when he was being approached by the police? How long after he took the fentanyl did he die? Are yall saying that he took it and immediately afterwards the 9 and a half min started ,then at that time he died?
Because it's not possible to od after 10 mins of taking the drug.
If he took it ,and 20 mins later he died is possible, but it's not even really possible for the stuff to kick in after 10 mins.
Think about it, what medicine has ever worked after that short of a time.even the fastest instant release pill that you can think of takes at least 18 to 25 mins to work.
That's why I'm asking how long after he took the shite did he die. Probably takes at least 20 mins to kick in enough to die.
Now if it was at least 18 mins then it's really likely that the fentanyl and the restriction of breathing combined to kill him.
Fentanyl slows your heart rate and breathing down so it dont take much to die after you take it
Tl;dr...its impossible to take fentanyl by mouth in any form and overdose and die in 10 mins.
Every doctor I know agrees so the timeline is important. Trust me ,I would know these things
