Probably something to the effect that Anthony Kennedy doesn’t have to file a defamation suit against every crackpot who says something untrue about him or else it’s deemed admitted. So yeah, that sounds like me.

Our entire government is fake and is held up by a Kangaroo court (Congress/Senate/SCOTUS). How can Dem's just make stuff up and pass it??? Why doesn't the supreme court step in right away when it comes to many of these decisions?? Like the first or second impeachment of DJT? It was a complete sham... Why cant they just rule and say there is no basis for impeachment, therefore, this crap is over? Why drag it out a year or two?
So many flaws in our judicial system. With Fraud in 2020, they should be required to hear the evidence now and make audits happen long before Biden thinks he's the new president. Hell, I could lie and cheat my way to presidency. Same goes for 1/6. How can that happen? If you want to do something in this country, there's really nothing stopping you. So much corruption at all levels. There is no bipartisan anymore. Your either a liberal or a conservative, republican or democrat, red or blue. Of course one will cheat to get what they want because others will help get it done. I'm so sick of republicans just letting it happen. DO SOMETHING!!!
There is no "high road anymore" and if you think there is, you're a moron.

It was you. I stated that I thought that it was odd that Kennedy would allow his name to be shite on in such a public manner. Then you doubled down and stated that you could do the same to Lin Wood and he wouldn’t sue either.

Yeah, and your premise being that if he doesn’t file a formal lawsuit then he’s tacitly admitting the allegations are true.
I think that is illogical and not based in any sort of reality.

Not my assertion. I said it was odd. My take is that the allegation is not just an assault on the man, but his position, and therefore the institution itself. To be fair, I’m not in the legal field, and am only stating what I believe concerning the credibility of the court. This is your area and I defer to your thoughts on the legality of the circumstance as I presented them.
I had no issue with you calling out Lin Wood. However, when you stated that you could post the same accusation towards him, and that he wouldn’t respond, I called bullshite. I called BS then, and I’m calling BS now. I don’t think that you will make the allegation. So far, you haven’t (and probably won’t).
