If the initial prosecution was so egregious and politically-tainted, what about Bove’s ethics for only demanding it be dismissed without prejudice?
As you’ve said from the getgo, without prejudice tells you this was for leverage and Bove doesn’t really believe it was improper (along with him literally saying, in writing, to ignore the evidence at this stage).

I don't see a problem with saying there might be merit to this case, but Adams got singled out for his politics and we are not wasting our resources on it.

It’s the opposite. Main DOJ said it was political without knowing the underlying evidence. They even talk about dismissing but maybe refiling after next mayoral election. Line prosecutors say not only is there meat to the original charges, we have more for obstruction and him instructing people to delete stuff.
It’s pretty cut and dried. Bove’s initial memo was checkers, not chess.

Yeah man, and compared to all the prosecutors who worked on Hunter's case who resigned when biden pardoned him this is nothing, right?
I am outraged.

You’re a little out of your depth, bud. Go find the Michelle Obama tranny dick thread and have at it.

We need to have a list of all the folks we resign.
They literally need to be put on the list as potential enemies of the state and we should be able to review the list at anytime online.

This is a pretext the dems will use if they win the midterms to investigate Trump.
As if the Dems needed a playbook to investigate Trump? figs have been trying it non-stop for several years and filing phony politically motivated lawsuits to try and destroy him... and got NOTHING. Meanwhile, the real unlawfulness and corruption was from their side all along.
Eric Adams is going to help expose even more of it. Can't wait!

Yeah, a bunch of libtard TDS nerds from New York hate Trump and are crying he's "Literally Hitler." Big shocker.

I dgaf. The executive can drop whatever cases it wants. It has absolute prosecutorial discretion. Just like Biden’s DOJ refused to enforce immigration laws.
Also, a new executive can always put in his own people. It happens every time a new DA is elected.
But but... Trump is "Literally Hitler!!!" Don't you get it?!

"Mr. Bove admonished a member of my team who took notes during that meeting and directed the collection of those notes at the meeting’s conclusion."
This happens all the time and it's normally agreed to beforehand that nothing is being recorded. Her staff was trying to make a record of it.
She is throwing this out there because most people don't know what goes on and she can insinuate that it was for a nefarious reason.
