Your silly question is an example of a "fallacy of presuppositions" and assumes all parties involved agree with the very premise of your question. It's like the age-old joke question "When did you stop beating your wife?"
I am not aware of a single instance where President Trump has "disregard[ed] or ignore[d]" the Constitution of the United States so your question in disingenuous to begin with.
