That NBC map in OP link has the "Gulf of Mexico" on it. Isn't it "America" now?

I think you're missing his point. Imagine a video showing a white worker denying service to a black customer and saying it was because they were wearing a pro-Kamala shirt. Even if the employee was fired immediately, the store would likely end up vandalized and the employee would be receiving threats with their home address plastered all over social media for protestors to show up and harass them there.
It would very interesting if someone did a set up of that scenario as a test.
Though it would be far to risky to try, it almost certainly would end in violence, riots, etc, before it could be explained as a set-up, to make a point.

It is as outrageous as it sounds. The school can hold 1,000 students. If there are 27 students, you could school them in a much cheaper/smaller facility with far less overhead costs and staff, special needs or not.
That's true (my post was focused on the student/staff ratio, I should have made that clear). CPS could rent out the rest of the building, if that made more sense. But CPS is probably doing neither.

I dont know the specifics of this school.
But there are schools designated for special needs (no mobility, high emotional dysfunction).
Look at their website. 12 teachers, six are Special ed, one a reading specialist, one a "Lead Coach". The remaining four are art, music, math and science.
So I'm guessing this is pretty much dedicated to special needs kids, so might not be as outrageous as it sounds. Illinois law says special ed students can be enrolled through age 22.
Right or wrong, that could explain much of it. CPS is still messed up badly though.
re: Report says Mossad posed as Dentists and implanted tracking devices on all Iranian leaders
Posted by MidWestGuy on 3/1/26 at 9:05 am to MrLSU
Electrical Engineer here. Very, very skeptical that they implanted transmitters during a dental cavity repair. As people have mentioned, transmitters require power, and the RF could be detected by the Iranians.
Now, they could maybe transmit a short beep twice a day or something? That would be harder to detect and take very little battery power. And remember, any low power signal would need a receiver very near the source, and then that receiver would need to communicate the coordinates back to the Israel side. But that could be implanted in their pagers, walkie-talkies, etc (if they still use them!) .
More believable - an RF-ID tag implanted in the tooth. An RF-ID tag doesn't need a battery, it re-transmits a signal that is sent to it (using power from that received signal), and that signal that is returned can include an ID#. So a tricked-out pager (or other device) could send that signal 2x a day to make it harder to detect, get the ID, and the pager would have GPS, and send the ID# and location to "home".
I'm still skeptical. These things would show up in an x-ray, and if detected, those planted dentists would all be tortured and executed. I can't imagine coordinating that. The pager explosive thing, while incredibly clever, was done remotely. They intercepted a shipment, and either modded them, or had a bunch modded and ready to go, and put them back in the delivery. Much easier than a dentist interacting personally with high level Iranians. These guys must be paranoid enough to have fully vetted anyone who is going to actually inject them with pain killers, etc.

This is Alabama. Is there ever a chance the GOP won’t carry the state?
Try reading the OP. This was a local election, small town:

Certified results showed Love received 255 votes, including 141 absentee ballots, while Lang received 165 votes, 15 of which were absentee.
And those 3 are accused of "falsified and submitted official voting documents for a total of 20 people during the Frisco City municipal election last August."
Though 20 votes still wouldn't swing it, maybe they did more we don't know about? Maybe others did as well, but haven't been caught.
There should not be a single illegitimate vote.

At ~ 2:10 in that video, the prosecutor says "Honestly, I think this (his release) shocks the conscious of all Californians, with the exception of our parole board."
Not true. The legislature passed the law allowing it, Newsom signed it, the people, the majority, voted for this. Plus some dead people and illegals, probably.

Thanks - I wonder what legal grounds they used to arrest him? I mean, I'm glad they did, but how did that work? Good to see someone was willing to stick their neck out and call out the parole board.
edit/update: OK, it is there:

I always wondered if they were all like that.
The one in the Chicago suburbs in the 80's, had the order desk and conveyor belt, I think they all did, that was their 'thing'.
Made some sense, they didn't have to stock shelves (just had one on display, IIRC), no shoplifting, probably fewer employees needed.
Trouble was, it just took too long to get your stuff. If they could have been faster about it, it might have worked for them (and the customers).

In the industry, this is quite common. So much so that when setting up a new carrier company I always double check their listed address, many times just googling the address shows 10+ different businesses listed at the exact same address.
This could very well be a legit explanation.
However, that doesn't mean there isn't a whole hella lot of fraud going on as well. Both could be true.

OK, but that's just about the guy - I really wonder about Omar's reaction - sure seems staged. Why wasn't she concerned about what was sprayed on her? Because she knew it was harmless? How could she know, unless there was some sort of collusion? Maybe one of her staff was egging this guy on, and provided him with the syringe?

Very weird, some rando sprays her with some unknown liquid, and she's calm and just wants to carry on her speech (apparently to look 'brave'). Her staff implores her to get checked out. Seriously, that spray could have been some super-dangerous substance, it's just not plausible to not be afraid, and not want to take precautions and get it checked out.
So it sure appears to have been staged, so she could look so 'brave'. So yeah, what happened to this guy - how come we have not heard anything? I'll try searching in the mean time, but wanted to get this posted. (edit - OK, an update was posted above while I had this open)

Yeah, and I think maybe GM (and maybe Chrysler as well?) used a common key for door/ignition.
It was kind of a pain to have to carry both, and keep dups of both. Or keep the spare ignition key in the glove compartment, so you could carry one door dup to get in, once in you got the ignition key dup out of the glove compartment. And fumble around to pick the right key for each.

I think that video has been posted before, and I probably made the same comment here - but a few years back, I had a key duplicated. The sound of that machine grinding away on that brass key hasn't changed since I was a kid in the 60's. Took me back to standing by my Mom's side at Western Auto as she had a key made. Strong memory.

He's basically saying to the Parole board and to Newsom (who signed the bill into law that allows for release at age 50), the same thing Trump said at the SOTU speech to the Democrtas:
You people are crazy!
This is sickening, at 6:00 he says 99% of the voters want this guy locked up for life. But in CA, they let him out.

These videos would have far more impact if they provided context.
How many students did they interview to get these ignorant/stupid responses. Was it really just one out of the 6 or 7 they showed that knew the SOTU was the next night?
I'm also curious what the stats would be of those who didn't know, vs those that actively said or implied they watched it and it was bad. Those are some really awful, lying, hate-filled, biased people, rather than simply ignorant.

I'm not saying that's the whole story, but it's part of it.
