A liberal documentarian? Seriously that is your deflection?
He recorded everything. He didn't break or destroy anything and he sure didn't trick anyone else into breaking in the capitol. He wasn't goading others.

he appeared to encourage what was happening. As rioters scaled a wall outside, for example, he cheered them on. "We did this s---, together," he said after the barricades came down. "This is f------ history. We’re all a part of this f------ history." "Let’s burn this s--- down," Sullivan can be heard saying on the video before heading inside.
Politifact, bitch.

Lol. A BLM rioter is a "civil rights activist." He just happened to be where the unarmed woman was murdered videoing two Antifa shills as they broke windows to the doors.

WASHINGTON — A Utah resident who was among those who breached the US Capitol Wednesday says he was there solely to document the event.
John Sullivan, a civil rights activist, claims he attended the protest and broke into the Capitol along with Trump supporters only as a way to give a true view of what was occurring.
"I was there to record," said Sullivan in a video posted to Periscope Friday. "I was there to let people see that situation in the best possible way."

“....they should go to jail as well.” It’s a a preemptive rebuttal to some of you that have been screaming “Well Antifa got away with it”. Yeah, so? That doesn’t make this righteous nor should Antifa get away with it. I want them prosecuted as well.
It doesn't matter what you want. They didn't go to jail and they're not going to go to jail, and you "don't give a frick", you still want these people punished. Therefore, you don't care about equal protection under the law.

So your theory is that this black guy encouraged a bunch of otherwise peaceful pro-trump protesters to break into the capitol building?
So your theory is that Trump incited the riot via a speech that included no references to violence but did state peaceful intent and also hadn’t even ended when the Capitol was breached, 45 minutes away?

No, it’s to call out the right as well. Storming the Capitol is inexcusable. People excusing BLM and Antifa are why we are here right now.

It’s been blown out of proportion.
However if ole girl hadn’t got shot and killed and they somehow got in-person access to the politicians I think it could’ve gotten worse.
Not saying they would’ve killed anyone but damn when you bludgeon a cop to death on the capitol steps then who is to say one of the loons wouldn’t have caused harm to one of them.

That can be true, and "unequal protection under the law is a pretty damned big deal" can also be true. If you don't give a frick that we have a sliding political scale for punishment, fine, but some of us do.

You're really not getting it. It's going in one ear and out the other.

I get it fine; you don't give a frick if people receive disparate punishments for similar crimes. You've made that pretty clear.
