Long story short they tried to take away a bonus that was offered in my offer letter.
I told them I had it in writing and it was signed by our VP.
They told me offer letters are meaningless since Oklahoma is a right to work state. My district manager looked me right in the eye and said, “ We can do what we want here”
I told them to get fricked

Breaches of contract aren't covered under "right to work" laws.

OP, this is a potentially serious hand to play, especially if you are the breadwinner for your family. If you think your HR department will show real teeth on this, consulting an actual attorney, and not a message board, would be your best next step.
Best advice yet.

It is also important to note that testing with fetal cells is not a "one-time" event in the development of mRNA vaccines, it is part of their ONGOING production and quality control process. In other words, mRNA vaccines would not exist without the continuing exploitation of a murdered child.

COGFL: Testing and Production are Ethically Equal

quote:

To summarize, if the in vitro lab test is part of the production manufacturing protocol, and it almost certainly is, then the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are no different ethically than the AstraZeneca vaccine or any other vaccine grown in fetal cell lines. In both cases, the production of the vaccine depends on the ongoing use of the illicit fetal cell line. To accept the vaccine means accepting the continued use of cells originating from an aborted child. Given the horrifying way aborted children are still being butchered for scientific research, this is not a time for complacency.

I am working on my response. Would appreciate insights and advice from those on this board.

HEK-293 was used on most of those products after their development in order to test their effects on fetuses so they didn't have to add to their bottle label that it was unsafe for pregnant women.

Being used in development, and being used after development are pretty significant differences and easily explain away why you'd be willing to take something like Tylenol but not the Covid vaccine.

I am a retired Army officer who has disability from the VA. I am not doing this for money, I am doing it so I can continue to use my skills to serve. I have the luxury of being able to walk away. But I want to continue to do what I am doing.

There basically has to be proof in the actual teachings of your religion that it goes against all vaccines.

So you better hope you've never been vaccinated for anything in your life.

What if you've recently converted to a new religion?

You could tell them you weren’t aware if that (I wasn’t until it was posted here) and that you will now be abstaining.

Also I bookmarke a Thread that had this in it ..

“e a religious exemption. You are protected by title 7 civil rights act. They must approve. If they deny, ask for reasonings in ink, on paper then threaten with a EEOC complaint. They will change their mind.”

Someone said they were denied twice .. third time they mentioned this and were approved.

Good luck.

(Here’s the link to that thread.

I would like to take this time to address a concern I've seen other businesses voice to their employees. While many over-the-counter and commonly prescribed medications have also been tested on the fetal cell line HEK 293, usage of most of those medications isn't prohibited by my faith since the finished product is what was tested on the fetal cell tissue. Such testing goes against The Holy Scripture, but those medications existed in their completed forms before being tested in fetal cell line HEK 293. I have deeply prayed, and do not believe, that those medications should be avoided simply because we've chosen to use them improperly after their development.

My response would be something to the following:
“I notice that you have linked a blog post in your response. Can you please clarify whether you are using a blog post as an official reference in determining religious exemption?”
From there I would remind them that your religious and ethical opposition to the vaccine are not necessarily limited to the testing performed using aborted babies”

It's actually my wife (no pics). She's been in the fight for ethical vaccines for years, so I benefit from the knowledge she's gained. I think the one blessing from COVID is that people are becoming more aware of the deep ties between the abortion and pharmaceutical industry. Hopefully when enough people refuse their immoral products and demand ethical alternatives, the industry will eventually provide them.
