You probably don’t understand what that eBay seller’s 85% positive rating means. It means it’s a scam seller. The product delivered is unlikely to be what he is displaying. Or, it will be damaged. Or incomplete.
For example, I collect old U.S. silver coins off of eBay and I refuse to buy from any seller who has less than a 99% positive rating.
