I think he's saying that the west, ex-US, is militarily impotent, which is true. The only real hope for Ukraine to prevail, or Russia to fail, is for the United States to get actively involved with troops on the ground. I think that is true also.

I remember thinking that about Rubio.

Then he got to the senate.

True, Marco, but one thing doesn’t change: the more we print and send money overseas, the deeper in debt we become.

When I saw all the Latin American flags at the "Americas" end of the Bad Bunny thing I definitely occurred to me that it would piss off the right when in reality that's probably the centerpiece of MAGA foreign policy and the least bad option for what is about to be a massive change in the world order.

SHHHHH

Emotions over logic means they should have a big melt about that instead of thinking logically. This is the inherent conflict between the intelligent-strategic part of AF/MAGA and the emotional-based culture war segment.

They have virtually nothing that we need as far as resources go,

Money to spend isn't a resource? That's very important for a country that exports valuable goods/services like the US, with an economy based around that tier of economic activity.

Russia could offer us critical deals pertaining to rare earth minerals, security in the Arctic, icebreaking technology...their role in the Arctic alone makes them infinitely more important than Europe.

Can Russia buy our expensive exports? No.

They're not nearly as valuable as rich countries like Europe.

Russia is declining?

Yes. They were in a terrible spot population-wise prior to Putin's error in invading Ukraine, which accelerated their demographic crisis. They're incredibly poor, made poorer by Putin's choices to become sanction proof. Alcoholism is rampant among the males in Russia and they're the largest Muslim country in Europe and face the biggest risk of becoming Muslim in the 21st century.

Ok it's confirmed. You're retarded if you think this.

For decades a Havana-led leftist strategy has sought to transform Latin America — and ultimately challenge the United States — by embedding socialist movements across the hemisphere. This “long game” traces back to Cuba’s revolutionary networks, the Caracas-centered rise of Hugo Chávez, and the creation of the Foro de São Paulo, which helped left-leaning leaders come to power in Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and beyond by presenting themselves as reformers. Once in office, the article claims, these governments packed courts, rewrote constitutions, centralized power, and used state resources to support allied movements region-wide. Venezuela’s economic collapse and resulting migration crisis are highlighted as consequences of these policies. It also discusses more recent political shifts, including right-wing electoral victories in multiple countries and what the author frames as a U.S. resurgence in regional influence. The piece concludes that the long-term revolutionary project may finally be unraveling with a conservative realignment across the continent.

Even worse, let's hurt our economy by making enemies of the rich countries who align with our societal/cultural/economic state for poor countries at much earlier stages of societal/cultural/economic progress who are also less stable and run a much higher risk of political flip flopping.

What could go wrong?

Say I am a dumbass with out saying it. ^^^^^^^^^^^^

If Trump pulls this off over the next three years and ends the globalist takeover it will be his greatest accomplisment and nothing else would be close.

If that bullet had went 1/2 inch to the right this country would still be flooded with bad hombrees just like Europe is now. Can you imagine what would be going on right now.

They have not tried to hide it. They have said it outloud. 4 more years of Kamala and the US would have been completely overwhelmed with poeple that dont belong here.

And that is what Trump/Rubio/Lutnik is saying is coming to an end. US first.
Not Afgan first.

Equating the U.S.-led world order with the immigration of non-whites as “globalism” is a sure sign you’ve been thoroughly taken by the Kremlin’s propaganda.

Uh...WHY exactly is that, Marco? What catalysts change things? Who killed the "old world" and why? Does anyone else not see this statement as kind of crypic?

Or is Rubio admitting to the world that "the new era of geopolitics" is part of the WEF's "RESET"?
