Meh. You’re just trolling and I get that.
The anti-Ukrainian sentiment on this board stems from the Biden administration’s absurd position on the war and the funneling of US dollars to Ukraine. For MOST people, the position isn’t “pro-Russia”. Simple people who follow YouTube celebrities for their news consumption think that Ukraine was invaded because of NATO since Putin said so. Which is stupid and makes no sense, but it’s what they believe.
What remains true is that this war in Ukraine was a Russian landgrab during a weak US administration. They knew they could do it and did. Russia isn’t scared of NATO because they know NATO isn’t a threat. They didn’t invade Ukraine because of NATO since Moscow wants the Donbas for its resources and Black Sea access. It’s always been that way.

Me trolling? This is more than that, down deep. People here are covertly trying to manipulate opinion. They even began threatening and harassing me when I was here last. But agree, they want their resources.

But the vast majority are neither pro Russian nor Pro Ukrainian.
We've had 1,000 days of Biden's Ukrainian crusade shoved down our throats. Him stealing the money and weapons of our nation to ship to Ukraine no questions asked.
Zelenskyy pushing gay marriage, getting rid of elections. Ukrainian a holes all over the internet saying the USA betrayed them and that if we don't give them more money and weapons to expand the war that they will side with China.
If you can't realize that will make people like me who were originally pro-Ukrainian now hyper cynical then you need to go back to the drawing board.

My ultimate point is just that the NATO excuse is laughable and just that, an excuse. It makes no sense.

Nothing that happened on the internet has anything to do with the situation.
Russia saw Ukraine self-integrating with the West and realized that it was losing its hold on the regions of Ukraine that Moscow de-facto controlled for centuries. They wanted to keep those area. It’s that “simple”.
It has nothing to do with NATO, liberalism, gay marriage, or anything else. It’s about resources and unabated access to the Black Sea.

I agree, and the USSR won't stop. I don't know how all of the other political issues got twisted in with this. It almost seem like they have been programed like a dog to support all things republican or all things democrat, when in reality, both parties are controlled by an elite similar to Bolsheviks or Mensheviks, and you can't deviate from the party lines. Its like Soviet tactics have been used on the American people, even if this is not Russian trolls.

You know man everybody's trying to jump on you but I agree you're right this is exactly what the Russian should do to destabilize our society
It would be necessary because they don't have the military ability to face our military man to man

In America, we also have groups of secret societies that infiltrate themselves into American culture, and push certain agendas through propaganda and other means. These agendas are often subversive and bad for America. This was also very popular during the cold war, especially in Louisiana. I saw this endlessly. We are beginning to see the same thing happening today.
