He won’t be convicted by a Portland jury unless they can get better pics or video. People should let them be in their shithole city. It’s a no win situation. Kill a couple, get charged with murder. Get killed, scum probably doesn’t even get charged.

The insignia on the sleeve is definitely different on the top and bottom picture. Also it appears as though the guy on the top picture has a cleft chin, but the guy you just posted does not. Also, the ears look different.
