Substantively? No.
It isn't even out of the 5th Circuit yet. The admin has lost at every level (and the 5th Circuit is by far the most conservative circuit, so claiming fraud or shenanigans isn't going to be a strong argument)
I believe the 5th is deciding if they'll rehear it en banc. If they do, there will be another hearing. If they don't, then it will be appealed to the USSC for them to decide if they want to take it up
