If they made it easier and cheaper to adopt babies, I would do it. I've got several of my own and would like to adopt someone else's.
However it isn't necessary to be willing to adopt another's child to desire that child to not be murdered.

My brother is adopted, but I have 3 of my own that I’m responsible for, their mom and I have taken very could care of them.

My conservative friends that have adopted, went to China, Vietnam, and Russia to do so. Milti year wait list here at home

That's BS. My sister and her husband had to go to Siberia to adopt their first child. Laws here prohibited them from adopting an American child because their combined ages exceeded 80 years! Adoption agencies caused that problem. They were able to adopt their second child from an unwed young woman who was going to abort, but they talked her out of it and adopted the baby right after she was born.
