Congress has done exactly what Trump asked for. They've outspent Biden, and accomplished almost nothing else except hide in recess. Everyone knew this was exactly what was going to happen. I said during the election Trump would have no legislative agenda. And here we are.

Your mistake is thinking that sellers keep prices consistent. They don't. Same reason you'll see lower house prices in places with higher property taxes.
