Big difference though. Trump will win his appeal, hunter will need a pardon from pedo Joe.

If he's even "convicted" by a Delaware jury, he'll get a short suspended sentence and nothing will come out of it.

You’re required to fill out the paperwork honestly. Do you believe he did? Or do you believe the government can’t place any restrictions regardless of one’s intent or ability to properly fill out the paperwork

Also, I do not think his handlers will let him PARDON his son, they will just let him commute his sentence to nothing and call it justified under some precedence of an obscure one off case that happened a long time ago
I was thinking about this and how Trump could spin it or use it. Keep in mind, strictly from a campaign/marketing POV, not a principled POV....

He should promise to pardon Hunter if Joe promises to stay in the election to the very end

(followed by "that guy sucks so hard it would guarantee a win for me")

And then indict Biden once he takes office.

I kinda hope his second amendment arguments stand up.

Those ATF rules are dumb.

If your addiction means you aren't responsible enough to own a gun then how can you be responsible enough to fill out the paperwork?
I pretty much agree with this too, even though I want Biden and all his associates to be targeted relentlessly like Trump, and anyone who openly supports him, have been.

I'm going to love the case law precedent set, in Federal court, if they find him not guilty on 2nd amendment grounds however. That's delicious all on its own.

This is correct.

Just goes to show, in 2024 most people only truly care about political issues when they’re convenient.

Im not even arguing one way or another as it pertains to this case and Hunter. But it’s undeniable if this was Eric or Barron the multiple pages of 2A threads would be 30+ pages long.

Hunter is guilty as hell but a Delaware jury will never convict him. Hung jury at best.

If Hunter is not convicted and sentenced, anytime a Democrat starts crying for “reasonable gun control laws” the standard response by every Republican should be-Hunter Biden, now eff off.

He may get convicted but what will his punishment be? He won’t see jail. Daddy won’t have to pardon him.

Don’t care about his conviction. Don’t care about Trump’s conviction. Things have remained, are remaining, and will remain the same regardless. Trump wins.
