Here's the thing.
If the country follows federalism then more power is pushed down to the states so they can do whatever and it doesn't affect me.

I'm all for speech laws that do not infringe upon our first amendment rights. I think the self-policing that social media allows is better than a hate speech law could ever be

Except for the whole thing about the 10th amendment is it only delegates powers and prohibitions not already clearly enumerated, like government restriction on speech or the right to bear arms.
