At the one minute mark of the YouTube video where it’s really super slow there is a civilian in a RedHat, who clearly reaches for the weapon that’s on the victim he pulls it off his right hip…

I think this is when somebody yelled gun gun

This dude is seen walking off with that gun

There must’ve been two guns because they recovered one, but this guy clearly walked all the way across the street with the gun in his hand as everybody’s trying to figure out where the where all the gunfire is coming from

That dude should not have been in there. I don’t know what he was doing, but he was not a federal agent or let me just put it this way he was not marked in uniform.

Somebody will find out who it is
