Been there done that. Problem with this board is people think people are just flinging shite with no experience behind it. Like that one poster calling stout out. I've been in tech with Indian based IT. Trying to get them to understand the American customers actual need is frustrating. I deal with them now less but still some as a business customer.

Two pumps gave me the same msg to go see the attendant. Went in and asked if there was something wrong with their pumps and she had no clue what I was saying. Im use to that from Hispanics, but I'll admit it chapped me coming from a dot Indian. Like fed up with it pissed.
