There are reasons Weiss pulled the segment, they were about to be liable again.
First they said the WH and DHS did not respond when asked for comments.....they both did.....within two hours.
Second, they used an NGO interviewee to do the dirty work to keep the legal issues at arms length, when the gentleman stated that 95% of these people had not been "convicted" of a crime. If you have entered the country illegally you dont get a trial. And if you rape, murder, etc. and are arrested for it, accordingly to Lincoln Riley Act....out you go. You are not a citizen and not entitled to a Boasberg multimillion dollar years long legal saga. But most morons keep talking about their "rights" when they dont have them.
Third, what was the whole Berkeley piece. They spent a fortune to say Noem was standing in the prison but the people behind her were not Venezuelan. It was akin to saying "we lost the national championship....but their socks didnt match their jerseys so nanner nanner nanner" It was stupid, real stupid.
