Also..I don’t see the benefit of a lawsuit. Yeah I was pissed for about two days but I’ll keep doing my job to the best of my ability. A lawsuit would just get drug out, I’ll get fired and probably black balled. The “company” didn’t look over me for the position. Someone within the company did. Nothing would happen to them.

Worked for a large company famous for having a large pink predator cat as a mascot.
On board training, my direct supervisor explained it was mandatory and "just don't discuss it". Proceeds to show the video from home office explaining how important their score is and it's narrated by an executive admin assistant who tells about how important it was to her personally that the company covered her 3 year old's transition therapy.
2 years later, we got training that basically had any white manager labeled as a racist pedophile. The first half of the class was led by someone whose every statement was led with "as a black woman..."
