Rush always had a lot of optimism about the American people. When I see the right join the left in condemning Trump for actually having a foreign policy that doesn't include licking dictator boots, I can't share that optimism.

We didn't do anything in Gaza. Israel did and they were entitled to.

We just eliminated a major funding mechanism and trading partner for Cuba, Iran, Russia, and Iran by removing Maduro and keeping pressure on Venezuela to align with us.

We are very close to the inaction of the Carter regime being undone. That inaction has led to decades of war and terror in the Middle East and Judea by allowing Muslim radicals to depose the Shah.

You remove Iran and Russia and China are on an island with a demographic anchor tied around their neck (as well as the North Korean anchor). We could legitimately have sustainable peace with no global threat to the western hemisphere within a generation if we keep this momentum.

Or we could give it back to the Democrats in a few years because this generation thinks if you play nice everyone will like you and leave you alone.

Create a blue ribbon committee of smart, experienced people from across the healthcare spectrum to meet and study the goal of a better alternative to the ACA.

Home ownership: more young people are being priced out of the American Dream of owning their home. Dramatically increase the housing numbers through incentives that promote construction of new housing and renovations of existing housing to help lower costs. Create tax incentives to help people buy their first home. Push for lowering property taxes at grassroots level.

Well thought out responses, but higher education and health care are boondoggles that would require the removal of federal funding to fix. Time for the fedgov to get out of student loans and healthcare.

As for home ownership, you are exactly right, it is a supply and demand issue. People are demanding housing they can't afford and refusing to live in neighborhoods they actually can afford. The only way to fix that is to heavily increase supply, and the best way to do that is through incentives.

If the races were reversed, you'd be alright with it. I normally wouldn't use that talking point, but in this case it's true.
