since there's a clear sign stating "you are leaving the USA"...i would announce that if you're in CHAZ you now need a passport to enter Seattle. if you leave CHAZ without a passport you will be immediately arrested

This. He changes his stance, even exaggeratedly feints in with his head at one point while talking to test the guy's reflexes/defensive awareness, and then visibly tenses his upper body. Once the eyes dart side to side (checking his peripherals) and then flash back up on target... you know its go-time.
