You do realize that's in response to John McCain saying "no, he's a good Christian" in response to someone at a rally suggesting Obama is a Muslim. McCain corrected her.

No, but I would assert that consistently lying and misleading about one's muslim faith, due to it being electorally unpalatable, might support a conclusion one is not a "good, loyal American".
(And I'm not 100% certain BHO is of any faith, other than a righteous certainty that what he is doing is correct - and the means justify his ends.)
