We will. Our biggest customer was billed separately for tariffs by us and we have already agreed to pay it back to them if we get a refund.

Not sure why it is funny. It’s true. It’s been a huge strain on cash flow so getting this relief (maybe temporary) will help big time.

What are you trying to say? Damn right I’ll try to get a refund. I paid about $15M in tariffs in the last 12 months. And today the Supreme Court ruled they were collected illegally. Pretty sure you and anyone else on here would do the same.

Yes it did. And yes, paying all that money to the government well before the product is sold sucks as it creates a huge strain on cash flow. And limits growth and hiring.
