It is a very interesting case. I never followed the show and didnt even know what these people did, but the case is fascinating.
They never owed the IRS a nickel. The conviction was for CONSPIRACY to commit IRS and bank fraud. This was fueled largely by the accusations of a salty ex business partner who was butt banging Todd on the side. LOL He was oddly given full immunity to turn on them, which seems fricky to me, but who knows? Then the court screwed up the initial sentencing and the prosecution was found to have withheld potentially exonerating evidence. Its wild.
But sorry libs. Comparing this to the AutoPen pardons of crooked government officials with blanket, retroactive, and preemptive immunity is just insane. There's no fricking way an honest person can be asshurt about the Chrisleys and be OK with giving immunity to Milley, Hunter, and Fauci

I cited the ruling YOU linked.

i don't support these pardons. two grifters released by another grifter for no justifiable reason. if they have a problem with the ruling they can take it up in court like everyone else
So you don’t support the constitution and the powers it gives the President. Yet another example of far left wackos wanting to shred the constitution.

watching trumpers support this is truly sad. you're in a cult
Oh my. Your lack of self-awareness is staggering.

The evidence is your lack of posting criticisms of Biden, open borders (please say the borders weren’t open), your guy’s clear dementia, and on and on and on.
Again, it’s so nice that you people care again.
It happens occasionally but I just can’t quite put my finger on the cause.

Glad you can tacitly admit you are fine with prosecutorial misconduct for political purposes.
the chrisley's lawyers tried the brady angle already and lost. you won't accept it because of dear leader's latest deranged decree. i'm sorry you've been duped over and over by a con man. it's sad to watch really

no one gives a frick sis.
The point is, if you didnt have an issue with the disgusting Milley, Fauci, J6, etc. immunity pardons - you need to stfu about stupid bullshite like Todd Chrisley. He's just an old fig who got pinched by his ex-lover before he could even screw anyone over. Its not that deep.

Both pardons suck... and it appears that pay for pardon is a thing. Which seems very shady and should have some sort of oversight. Maybe the Pres recommends a pardon and a higher court reviews it.

First of all not defending trumps pardons but are you really comparing them to auto-pen aides using presidential powers to pardon child rapists and murderers?

The lack of accountability is astounding. Just a bunch of whataboutism going on here. Guy will remain behind bars on state charges but this is a favor to Ye. Trump is susceptible to anyone in his ear apparently.
