Things Trump's Detractors Don't Realize about the Democrat Party.
The amount of a threat the Democrats consider a particular Republican politician to be to their quest for power is proportional to the amount of effort they partake in trying to paint that politician as a racist.
My evidence.
Democrats reactions to McCain in 2008 vs. Democrats reaction to McCain after 2008.
Democrats reactions to Romney in 2012 vs. Democrats reaction to Romney post 2012.
Democrats reactions to Trump before 2015 vs. Democrats reaction to Trump since 2015.
Democrats reaction to Kasich since whenever Democrats first heard of Kasich.

I have stated here many times I did not vote for him in 2016, but will in 2020.
The reasons I didn't vote for him in 2016 are the reasons I will vote for him in 2020. Many are what you listed above.
Trump has reached Skip Bertman level respect in my world. What I mean by this:
I will never question his moves again. Everything he does is for a reason, and he really is three or four steps ahead of ProgFilth. Having dealt with them all his life, he knows how to play them.
I was like that with Bertman. LOL. Many times it was "WTF are you doing Skip?!?". Inevitably...six titles among other many accomplishments. It finally got to the point where I no longer questioned. That's where I am now with Trump.
