I don't disagree they want change. The "conservatives" now reject capitalism, smaller federal government, states rights, non-intervention, and other central tenets of anti-Leftism in the US. And the emotional-based thinking replacing rationality is just sad to see.
There is almost no discussion anymore on any higher level concepts, complex history, or anything resembling academic works. Certainly we don't get into deep concepts like political philosophy. Those used to be regular discussions on here.

This is the best internet political site. Not just in the Southeast, but the country. I don’t give a damn who your favorite college football team is. If we are of like minded people, then we have way more in common than we don’t. Plus it’s a great entertainment watching the progressives meltdown over what President Trump says or does daily.
