And .... anchored.

Go figure.

Thank the good Lord for Elon and X.

It's a discussion that needs to be had in this country.

Look at what happened in the UK.

They're paying the price now.

That was the most condescending, patronizing load of horseshite that I have heard in a very, very long time.

It boils down to "On th average, women vote differently than me, so they should not be allowed to vote."

What an annoying, chauvinistic little PoS.

$100 says that he is a "lay preacher" in some nutcase sect.

Heads up, he's more in tune with the founding of this nation than you are.

So obviously Ive known that we were originally set up where landowners voted, and it was the men (HoH) that placed the vote on behalf of the family. (Perhaps some caveats)

I'm sure some men were more authoritarian about it, and some weren't and took their wives opinion into consideration. The latter is how my parents, and family, are like, so like to think that's not a new age approach.

Anyway, I recently heard that the wife could/would place the vote in her husband's place, if he wasn't able to. Anyone know if there is truth to that?

If so, that really does counter everything we were taught regarding "a woman's right to vote".
