Well since all the vaccine mandates are based on non vaccinated are the ones spreading the virus and make no mention of natural immunity I would say it is the WHOLE Truth!
This proves the vaccine mandates are NOT based on science.
Get the vaccine for personal protection if you think you needed but mandates are wrong.

The secondary endpoints of hospitalization and mortality are based on keeping people from getting infected. Once there’s an infection, hospitalization and mortality rates are far more similar than dissimilar.
