Nah, that's good. I 100% believe this is your position:

"No one should pay property taxes."

"Churches should pay property taxes."

"I won't comment on all other 501c3 organizations."

That absolutely fits your level of intellectual curiosity.

Only if you completely ignore what the word means...

At its core, it's a pathetic attempt to equate science with religion, and knowledge with superstition. You know you adhere to nonsense that you can't support, so you're left to try bringing others down to your level.

I agree. This is a great description of atheism.

The problem is that I know other things that you 100% believe.

If only churches paid property taxes, you'd be close to having a point.

A clear case or cut your nose off to spite your face if I have ever seen one.

Punish thousands of churches who do it right and actually help the community while getting at those who abuse the system.

My church in a town if less than 600 people barely scrapes by but we are giving out food multiple times a month, helping with housing problems, rebuild decks and such for senior citizens.

But y’all get your wish and kill the small churches to get that money from Benny and Joel.

Here is a novel idea. Quit giving government money to religious NGO’s. If they want to provide a service, go raise the money from their members like the rest of us do.

Precedent uncontested for over 100 years. You’re making a fool of yourself. Not a single legal scholar backs your emotional tantrum.

The point is churches aren't the only ones exempt from property taxes, moron. This comment shows a shocking lack of ability to follow a conversation on your part.

It's truly amazing that you didn't understand my 501c3 question.

Nailed it. Only religious atheists believe this to be a good idea in any way, and, as is clear from this thread, they will not honestly communicate why.

I know what point you were trying to make you fricking retard.

Trying to throw around 501(c)(3) tells me that you don't know shite about how anything works. If you did, you'd realize how stupid it was for you to bring it up.

Churches ARE 501c3 organizations. You are arguing with someone who has actual knowledge of tax law and has put significant research and thought into this situation. As with most conversations on this board, you are completely out of your depth.

Please explain how you will limit only churches from the 501c3 property tax exemption without that being completely demolished by the courts.

This should be great. I'm looking forward to seeing how little thought you've put into this.

No fricking shite, dumbass. That's why it's funny.

It's funny how they're always "tax law experts," despite the fact that you've shown the exact opposite. Even if you weren't full of shite (you are), that wouldn't help you here.

Maybe you should stick to pretending that you help churches scam their communities out of money, rather than trying and failing to argue with someone who knows more about the topic than you ever will.

What the frick are you talking about? "The courts?"

But sure, you have actual knowledge of tax law. fricking clown.

When you're ready to actually respond to my post, I'll respond. Otherwise, good luck with your lack of understanding of how things work. Good luck with your crusade in favor of discrimination against churches.
