Cruz needs the court if he's gonna have an impact. He's so disliked by everyone it's hard to imagine him getting elected to something nationally again

Cruz is an intellectual... needs to be on SCOTUS.

We have plenty of excellent choices for pres in 24.

For a number of reasons he needs to be scotus. As a ted Cruz fan he will not win another election, hell Robert Francis o rourke almost beat him

Lion Ted! If he doesn't listen to Marco and Kasich, he'd already be on the bench or would be a big time powerbroker in the White House. That tepid RBC speech was pure ego.

Absolutely terrible pick. For those that don’t like politicized courts and legislating via court decisions I don’t know how you could support this

They only say that stuff when the liberals do it. When conservatives do exactly the same it's ok because it benefits then right at that moment

Sadly that’s true. If this was a Biden announcing he’s picking Warren fans a Supreme Court pick they’d flip out. And say that he’s trying to legislate via the court, it’s somebody with an agenda, etc. Point itt out and you’re just met with "but the libs do it"

What?

That's a new one. I thought Biden was still hiding?
