Rap has always been a masculine art form and would conserve those values in a kind of machismo. shifting gears to entertainment at large, a rule of thumb to sniff out the conservatives is to find the artists who arnt saying anything politically. most in entertainment are outspoken leftists, so if someone doesn't speak out politically, then, well that could be a sign. so apply that rule to rappers. there may be more than a few.
and yeah, lil wayne vociferously spoke out against the racist narrative and it was pre BLM- telling a story of how a white LEO saved him from an overdose when the black LEOs ignored him.
