No, it's pretty specific. This is a political case involving a political rival of the Biden admin. A special master to review the documents and report directly to the court under these circumstances is eminently reasonable.

Again, you seem to be ignoring the political nature of this particular case. There is an appearance of impropriety here with the Biden DOJ reviewing documents seized from a political rival.
This is exactly the same reasoning Jeff Sessions used to support his decision to recuse himself from any investigations into Hillary or Trump in 2017. I'm sure you thought that was the right call back then, why the double standard now?
