About what? The idiots here claiming Trump is self-funding absolutely deserve to be called out. He's set himself up as a fighter and grifted people into paying his bills. He deserves ridicule for that, independent of the frickery of a federal agency.

bullshite. What the DOJ is doing should be what everyone focuses on. Instead, DeSantis fans want to mock him for it. It’s really sad to see. Otherwise intelligent people tacitly approving weaponization of the government against their political enemy.

I would feel a lot more sorry for the victim if he was being remotely responsible with the millions that hardworking people have donated to him and wasn't lying to them constantly. I mean he just said he was going to spend all this money on a ballot harvesting operation when he is having to raise money just for his legal bills much less just operating his campaign.
Oh, but don't mention how he is out playing golf and using campaign money for Melania's stylist and Miller's Family Lawyer, that's out of bounds. Don't ask about the $250 million to "Stop the Steal" that seems to have evaporated into thin air. Can't do that. You really better not expect Trump to actually spend or invest his own money to deal with any of this either nor can you point out that many of the legal issues he has would have been easily avoided with basic common sense and legal advice. You better not talk about the tactics Trump has used to scare the hell out of people, especially elderly folks, to get them to donate as well.
No, we are the assholes. Look I really do not like that is going on with Trump at all. I think it is important that he wins those cases or is pardoned. I just think it is even more important that we have a Republican in the WH in Jan of '25 because if that doesn't happen none of the rest will matter.
Democrats are focused on the end game, far too many other folks here are distracted just as they want you to be.

If Trump is actually fighting for America and not just himself he should be emptying his bank account to save us right? If he's truly fighting corruption he can spend a couple of billion to do it right? Is he saving for a rainy day?

I can't speak for anyone else, but my position is that our weaponization of government is made more disheartening and frustrating that the person at the center of the current storm is so undeserving of support.
The cause is just, but I nonetheless do not want to die on that hill knowing that the sacrifice will be squandered.
