WTF is this about now?

Financial statements change all of the time. Especially with the very wealthy.

Of course his Financial Statement will be different.

NY appellate procedure may very well require that the appellant provide statement with bond.
That doesn’t mean they’re singling out Trump. Why shouldn’t he comply with the law?

POTUS Trump put up cash as collateral. That is all the "paper" they need. If not, maybe POTUS Trump needs to appeal any other "requirement" to see if any other "requirement" is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!

They will FAFO when dealing with MAGA.

They want more statements so they can "find" another penny out of place and charge him again.

From the article I read, this has nothing to do with Trump's financial statement, but the financial statement of the surety that provided the bond. I guess the court wants to know whether or not the surety company is financially solvent and capable of paying the $175mm bond if it gets called.

Anyone who follows the forum knows you’re predictable

It’s not some “eureka” moment

I saw the same reporting as Ten Beers. It’s the insurance company that has to show both solvency and a POA from Trump

The bond was suthorized by Don Hankey’s Knights Specialty. Trump pledged cash assets as collateral to knights which puts up the bond. They apparently had been in negotiation for putting up the entire 454 MM bond before the appeals court lowered the amount but demanded additional real estate collateral. They were the ones deficient in paperwork, but may be able to easily rectify. NYT for latter

What is predictable is a new alter that won’t be here in two weeks. You’re not special. We have one or two posters just like you come here flame the board and flame out in a manner of days. You’re just next in line.

Trump has a bunch of incompetent people working for him. This has been demonstrated over and over starting with Michael Cohen. Steve Sadow is the only competent person he has in all of his legal cases.

Trump should have gotten Musk and Theil to join him and start their own bond company. Issued the bond at a super discounted price.
