Biden told black people they weren’t really black if they didn’t vote for him, and said he believed poor kids could be just as smart as white kids and sniffed a bunch of children and claimed his crack addicted son was the smartest man he ever met. He went on to call a guy asking a question “fat” and challenge him to a push-up contest. He then forgot the words to the Declaration of Independence.

Was he getting too distracted when the impeachment talk started the day of his inauguration? Was he too distracted when Paul Ryan and the REPUBLICANS were fighting against him in congress? Was he too distracted when he was cutting taxes and trying to get the wall built? Was he too distracted when the second sham impeachment started?
How dumb are you? Did you even pay attention during his term? Too distracted? He had to fight against the media and congress the whole time which included those in his own party.
