They don't care as long as it's after they take Trump out.

Democrats would love nothing more than for SCOTUS to step in so they can use as justification to pack the court.

OTOH, if they SCOTUS doesn’t step in, who else can stop this madness?

That’s not even close to being the only way. If 10 percent of the republican base, say 5 million minimum, use their collective power daily to strain government resources or protests to take over state regional hubs you’d get plenty of attention. If Republicans would use lawfare better than democrats this shitt would end. If regular Republicans would hound their respective political leaders this would have them on hot seats. But you are correct in the sense that no even 1/100th of us do a damn thing

That's the date Jack requested and the judge unsurprisingly gave it to him.

Maybe that will be used as an example of election interference in the trial by Trumps lawyers.

All you can do is Vote accordingly until such time as enough of us are willing to lose our AC filled homes and streaming services washing over us and you know actually do something. And by something I mean North/South type something. Only this time it’s along political lines. We would need tens of millions willing to give up their comfortable lives before this comes to be. And I don’t see this happening. Americans are fat, soft, and just want cold AC and Netflix. Not looking to sacrifice this to go Wolverine on some progs and uniparty shitheads. We won’t do shite and we will just go to work and bitch and moan on TD.

This pretty much sums up most Americans on both sides of the aisle. I’m ashamed I ever served in the military. The people

The day before Super Tuesday.

The attack on this Republic is not only very real, but it is there for all to see with eyes to see.

Agreed…I say go ahead and have the trial.

Defense shouldn’t put up any witnesses as no crimes occurred.

Lets DC Dems jury find him guilty which they surely will then do an emergency appeal (similar to 2000 election) to scotus which they will 100% accept and overturn the conviction.

If you guys think SCOTUS is going to overturn criminal convictions in this case, y’all are beyond delusional.

Get ready to cry some more…you really don’t think they are going to uphold a conviction in a jury pool that votes 95% democrat

Who is being delusional?!

So what’s the legal basis? Remember that the jury pool voting differently than the defendant is nowhere close to grounds for overturning a conviction.

The same prosecutor got slapped down 9-0 by the US Supreme Court the last time he launched a politically motivated prosecution.

Anyone that thinks they know for a fact what is going to happen is uninformed. I tend to agree with you the Supreme Court would rule for Trump, but who knows.

I’m not sure that it’s possible for a conservative to get a fair shake in prog infested areas like DC.

I’d not like to find out.
