The USA is not done. Ron Desantis can get things back in line. It may be a long road back but I believe he can get it done.

I’m not sure that PT is a good measure of anything. The people who post here every day follow politics a lot closer than your sever age voter, conservative or democrat. They also tend to be ideologically conservative, whereas most people just vote for the guy they like or their team. Look how many debates there have been on here recently about Trump’s tariff idea. There are pages and pages of people arguing passionately on both sides. Go outside right now and ask the first person you see if they have even heard of it. Trump is way up in the polls and is going to get the nomination. It might not be that way if he wasn’t already the most famous man in America, hadn’t been president, had to debate with everyone else, etc. but that’s not the situation. The situation is he’s wildly popular with the base and is steamrolling everyone else. It’s Trump or Biden in 2024 and I suggest you back Trump even if you find his behavior distasteful

I signed up back in 2006 and argued LSU Football, talked BS on The OT, argued about Politics and Evolution for years and years here...so that in 2023 I could pounce into action and flack for a politician.

Easier to believe that, than simply agreeing with GumboPot from a year ago who said he wished Trump wouldn't run and that he'd get behind and support DeSantis.
What you're seeing are guys that said they liked DeSantis a year or more ago who didn't suddenly do an about face because Trump told them to.
