Absolutely they can, and should have been all along.

That 20% manufacturing of cars in Canada should be on US soil.

You idiots are wrong every time you open your ignorant faces.
Or do you just lie about everything?
Either ignorance or lying. Which one?

It's been that way for 60 years. Up until now no one gave a shite. Canadian companies make some parts and deliver those parts to GM/ Ford/ Stellantis assembly facilities on both sides of the border. From Toronto to Detroit. GM and Ford have been producing some lines of vehicles for almost that same time
It's been a win/win for the consumer on both sides of the border.
Cut your nose off despite your face?

Well, there was that one time when the Kings needed Wayne Gretzsky to help sell Hockey in LA.

Canada should ditch American cars and start buying Japanese/Chinese exclusively.

Do you know what you are talking about? Or do you just take Trump and Peter Navarro as well as Biff or whomever on X.
Got an idea for you. Since Canadian oil is mixed with some grades of US oil, maybe in a fit of patriotic fervor you should abstain from using any oil....for starters, since you can't be sure.

I suspect you are only looking at the US imports side of the equation. Canada imports almost as much US goods as it ships to the US. The total trade value makes Canada the US's largest trading partner. Has been that way for a long time.
You’re doubling down on stupid. Stupendous.

If you mean he actively took Fred's money and misused it and almost lost it all and had to get Mark Barnett to save his hide in 2003. If he had just left his father's money alone and put it in an index fund he would be worth greater than 8 billion

The poster said Canada was our largest trade partner.
He lied or is ignorant, because that info is wrong. Canada is our 3rd largest trade partner.
Any other dumb questions or remarks? Maybe keep them to yourself next time. You're as clueless as tboy.

Govt shouldnt be making trade agreements at all.
It’s actually mentioned in the Constitution in Article I no less
I had been under the assumption that you were at least somewhat intelligent, just “confused” or “misguided”
my bad for getting that wrong

Dead serious. Trade agreements are a big component of central planning and can hurt more than help..
If GM wants to buy German Steel, why does the government need to be involved?

So you will abstain from using all oil related products beginning next Monday? Patriotism demands it!
Posted on 1/13/25 at 1:52 pm to Major Dutch Schaefer
The USA has the purchasing power to bankrupt CA overnight....and TRUMP will not do that.
He wants a better, more fair, relationship, like he does with the rest of the world. He believes we have been getting screwed for decades, and he will change that. I support that.
