Just admit you've never cared about tax returns, then. You're not holding anyone to any standard. You didn't want to see Obama's tax returns. You just wanted to hear that they were released. That's weird, is it not?

I would've liked to know if Obama's returns showed any conflicts of interest and I'm sure the media, especially conservative media, would've let us know if there were any conflicts. Just admit you have no standards as long as the current president has an R by his name. Just admit your're a doormat.

I don't care tax returns should be private and it is his choice of wants to show them or not. If I were on his position I wouldn't ,because it is private business.

Yes I could give 2 shits about any other President and their tax returns. I am more worried when a President wants to dig deeper into my pockets which the Community Organizer has bent me over the last 8 years.

Nice deflection. You can be interested in how a particular president wants to change the tax code and still want tranperacy from all presidents. Like I said bend over.

They are private. He doesn't have to release them but it's his conflicts that put him in a position of needing to be transparent to the public. But it is his choice whether he releases them or not. I understand you would also want to hide your improprieties

the candidate a growing number of people think has ties to foreign powers and may in fact be using the office of the Presidency for personal and familial gain.

So what exactly in his tax return are you looking for to prove this?

I think it's kind of a dumb "tradition" for presidential candidates to release their tax returns. Most people in this country don't even understand their own damn returns. I get the idea behind it, and some transparency is nice though.

But I think it's funny so many here don't care. Had Hillary won without ever releasing her returns, there'd be a thread every day about it. And certainly Hillary supporters would be defending her over it. It's all become so tiring how little conviction people have when it comes to politics.

The fact that some of you think that paying close to $100k in taxes annually is some huge impossible ordeal, says a lot more about yourselves than me.

I dunno, I'm really smart and really good at math and two weeks ago, my accountant made me cut her a check for close to $25000 --- like she does every 3 months --- for these little things some of you may have heard about called quarterly's.....so.....

Some people make $40k a year, others $400k..... are these not known facts??
