So you agree that Biden has sicced DOJ/FBI on the Right. And you agree that Covid got Biden elected/Trump tossed (fairly or not). But you don’t then conclude that Covid brought us the current state of affairs with regard to the politicization of DOJ. That’s curious.

Like I said earlier - it’s bizarre. Illogical. Covid gave us Biden and the post-Covid/Biden’s America is a shithole that seems to only get worse, but Covid has nothing to do with it.

My buddy, look at my post again. I said that yes I do believe covid played a very prominent role, if not the direct role, in Trump not winning, so yeah it would follow that it’s also the reason we have Biden. We’re in the same chapter if not on the same page with that. Where our agreement stops is the, and I’m going to take a bit of a liberty here, I very much disagree with you on the proposition that covid wouldn’t have been an election issue like that but for Trump’s actions or inactions. I get that you have a barrage of commentary lined up and waiting to go on it, but no way no how will I ever agree that anything Trump could have done would’ve averted the Democrats’ devilish scheme to forego the Constitution and laws of states and the U.S. to back door an illegitimate electoral victory.

Not commentary. Facts. History. We both lived though the same reality, but you see the whole shitshow as outside the purview of the country’s leader, the most powerful man in the world, that also had a fiercely loyal/vocal constituency that was already worked up because of the bullshite impeachments.

Trump lost in ‘20, he fueled losses in ‘22 and he will lose in ‘24. He served his purpose, called out the media and fake established themes. However, he failed in epic fashion and Jan 6 isn’t going to go away - when campaign ads roll (and show a police officer being beaten by a MAGA crowd) it’s gonna be bad all over again.
