Obviously you never were in finance, business or anything else that required putting forward a growth strategy. Using OPM is the basis of large scale financial planning. There is not a moderate to extremely large company that doesn’t require this

only a few more things to add: receive a "small" 1 million dollar loan from your Dad before you turn 30. Receive over $60 million from a trust set up by your Dad. Have your Dad co-sign the $50 million dollar loan to build your first casino.
