Time to face the Truth. The Republican party was broken and Trump was not their friend. The Deep State was and is still in control. This witch hunt by a friend of Comey, who Trump denied him a chance to get back into power has spent 28 million dollars to find dirt on our President. And we can only sit by and watch because the Republican party officials who are part of the deep state reject him. One man can't stand against all the money in the world. Our country and world is run by money. When the Democrats count votes that were found weeks after the end of elections and there isn't an outcry form the Right. We are lost.

Ok what are the facts? What did he give up to make him a turncoat?
He was a turncoat when he shopped his "story" for immunity

In the mob, that's called being a rat

Look at Manafort to see how Mueller deals with people who don't deal in good faith

But no, I don't have the notes from his 63 hours of testimony

Romney/Rubio.

McConnell is politically savvy enough to keep his mouth shut regardless of his personal feelings.

The reality is that the GOP base has embraced Trumpism, whatever form that takes after Trump himself.

A GOP that ignores and refuses to advance that agenda will be doomed to extinction.

Scratch on my bumper?

Dude, I drive a 15 year old truck that has been through hell and back. You remember that Hilux they tried to destroy on Top Gear some years back?

Yeah, that looks more like my truck.

The 302 form was backdated 7 months.

Speculation: It’s looking like what happened was, at the time, Strzok/Pientka tell Comey/McCabe "we didn't get anything" from the interview. Later, McCabe or somebody wrote a late/altered 302 & flagged it to Mueller's team for a perjury charge.

The fact that the special counsel recommended that Flynn not be incarcerated doesn't suggest that his crime was unimportant. "The defendant's offense is serious," the memo reads. Flynn "made multiple false statements, to multiple Department of Justice ("DOJ") entities, on multiple occasions."

I understand your stance Juice, but none of this was brought up until the “fixer” was brought on board. Funny how Mueller finds crimes that others ignored.

Flynn was asking for immunity for his testimony well before Mueller was appointed

Why would he need immunity?

Why did Yates warn the Trump admin that Flynn had lied to them immediately after his interview?

Did he lie to Pence but tell the FBI the truth?

Seems way more likely (like 100%) that he was guilty of lying to the feds

I mean, he said he did and all

Because, unlike you lying here, Flynn was faced with jailtime for simple careless assertions. Then his kids were threatened with the same. Flynn had gone through a very nonchalant conversation. He realized, after the fact, he'd been set up.

Timing couldn’t be any better

The latest minute orders from Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, who is overseeing Michael Flynn's case, seem like a big deal. Sullivan just ordered the original Strzok/Pientka memos on the Flynn interview and the official FBI 302, filed 7 months later, to be filed with the court. Recall that the FBI deputy director testified that Strzok and Pientka did not believe Flynn lied during the interview. It wasn't until 7 months later, after Rosenstein gave Mueller new orders and after Strzok was fired that the 302 form alleging a crime was signed. So the apparent sequence of events was: 1) Flynn interview, 2) preparation of a memorandum noting conclusion that Flynn did not lie, 3) Comey fired, 4) Mueller appointed, 5) Rosenstein issues secret new Mueller orders, 6) Strzok fired, 7) new FBI memo claiming Flynn lied.

Let's pretend for a minute that this isn't a mischaracterized urban myth..

Why would that matter? They checked his answers against the phone transcripts and lo and behold, he had lied

2) preparation of a memorandum noting conclusion that Flynn did not lie
Wut? Where do y'all get this stuff? The DOJ went to the Trump admin immediately after the interview and told them he lied to them. Flynn was subsequently fired for doing exactly that. Lying about the content of the phone calls!

I'm glad the judge is getting to the bottom of it, though. Maybe we'll get some definitive answers.
