People think they know how prison is...but they don't.

A) the state of Utah? [I'd have thought in the 70's by the way for the state as a whole]
B) 58% prison population is white, not the state?
C) Known gang affiliation being white at 58%?
* there's got to be a report somewhere about Utah's prison population... other than AK, I would expect it to look way different than most states.
ETA:
old (2010) data; I would expect the hispanic numbers to shoot up during and post-Biden era also.
