That’s not how unemployment is calculated. AOC tried to make that claim once and was rightly skewered for it.

And? Labor participation rate higher now than at the end of Trump's term.

Yeah, Trump was the reason it plummeted.

Look, you looney lefties can claim that Biden is the most woke, the most qualified (money laundering and grifting), and that he’s older than dirt. I will give all of you that.

But I honestly can not take you people seriously if you are going to sit here and tell everyone that the economy is better under Biden or any democrat for that matter.

Next you idiots are going to make an argument that raising taxes are good and helps the economy. I know, seems like an incredibly dumb take, but you’ll get there.

That chart shows that it’s hovered just above 63, and today it’s just below 63.

You just saw a line that went up and down and didn’t even look at the numbers

Now do labor force participation rates. Many left the job market after CoVid and are no longer part of the unemployment data. Before CoVid the LFP was 63.4%, after CoVid 60.2%.

It’s nearly 63%; right around what it’s been most of the last decade.

But if you’d known that, you wouldn’t have made that comment

Lmao, that small percentage point difference is a huge difference in terms of the number of people who are actively involved in the labor market. It is a huge difference. Not only that, but considering that the amount of people who are working multiple jobs to account for the record inflation we are experiencing under Biden obviously skews the numbers.

You mean forcing closure of businesses across the country and giving away money has a long term effect on employment numbers?

No way you’re serious, right?

Wait, I’m starting to get the impression that people here don’t like the low unemployment rate because they don’t like Biden.

Do people here not like Biden or something? I didn’t realize this statistic was being politicized.

there are so many people that take this a great thing... there is a reason and it is caused by the same people counting it as a win.....sigh.

Lowest rate, my arse. I know several folks who can't find a job. And of several companies that are in a hiring freeze due to the state of the economy.

LOL. Groomers mocking facts. So typical of the left.

I've never seen a group of people that are so damn proud of being so damn stupid.
