So when everyone gets shut down who won’t comply what then? muh find another job? Stop saying this crap that it’s private companies. It’s the government mandating it by proxy and bullying them. It’s so blatantly dishonest

I absolutely support your right as a business owner to be able to do that. its why the civil rights act and the ada are dumb. But you can deny based on dress code and for other reasons or simply by saying he looked like he was sick.
but setting terms of employment, if at will, meaning you do not have a collective bargaining agreement, doesnt violate your rights.
thats what you do not understand. you have personal property rights. Meaning your employment is at will. you can leave at anytime for any reason.
the company has personal property rights and can require certain things as terms of employment.
just like circle K can have a dress code to work there.

You could support all you want but if you tried it you’d be sued and shut down. You’re literally supporting a system where the unvaxxed become the new untermensch. Except we’re not gonna go quietly into that good night.

I am against those not complying getting shut down. But as far as I know there has been no government mandate anywhere forcing companies to have employees vaccinated.
I am not for government mandate, but a private company can do as they please.

I’m fighting for freedom you’re fighting for forcible rape as a condition to live your life freely. My way is freedom for the individual to choose not the government through businesses by proxy. Businesses are not free to choose if you can’t see that you’re blind

Don't know where individual freedoms became corporate freedoms in your logic, there are lines to draw on everything, Pecos.
The free market is not a tool for government or political compliance. And I'm not following you here at all. Can't have both, this is American's key problem.
Wholeheartedly agree, we need to change the accounting and budgeting standards of the federal government. If a department uselessly spends its budget it should be eliminated just like it would on the free market, not have money printed to keep a dead horse employing dead heads. Sorry gov job baws, not everything government jobs do is life-saving or that necessary when it comes to killing our economy and dollar. Private businesses fill this void, not the gov.
There's a lot of shite the boomers let slide, but we're here now, so change tomorrow's past now.

Why should they be forced to? The didn't require you to get the vaccine. They required you to get the vaccine if you want to work for them.

You have no clue what the law is on this. If employers take the proper steps to accommodate their employees, they have every legal right to mandate vaccines.
