The only explanation is because they WANT this horror in America. Why? Well Only tinfoil explanations make any sense. So at the moment I'm going with the they are funded by and/or are part of the one world order. Let the downvotes begin, but it's the only explanation that makes sense for the recent "coverage" or lack there of on multiple "stories"

For those unfamiliar with that area, there are likely to be more foreign victims than Barcelonans. Americans, English, Korean, Japanese, etc.
