He looks more like the fat kid in Boy Scouts who cries on every retreat.

I am not listening to the testimony. I believe that though. He looks like a guy who would get a paper cut and write the award himself. I have seen guys refuse a PH because a gun shot was a through and through and they didn't lose much time over it. Those are the guys I want around me, not Vindman types.

Of course the Vindman types always find their way into social circle type postings.
