Neither, but thanks for the mindless insult. That is why Stidham had to supplement the original report in response to me. I was correct, the intital report did NOT say that they were under criminal investigation. The second did, and I thanked Stidham for correcting himself.
I thought you were intelligent, because of your clever username. Oh well.

Again, frick you. I said she might have been breaking a federal law (which would have subjected her to detention from ICE agents), but that it wasn't shown in the video...which just showed her violating a state traffic law. As soon as I saw the video of her blocking ICE officers, I said she was subject to detention by ICE.

I am now double-fricked? Jeez. At any rate, your first action regarding this event was to question if the ICE officer(s) has a legal right to detain or arrest the person - for a 'traffic stop'. And clearly was bringing this ruse up when it was obvious that they were acting to remove an obstruction to justice. Has nothing to do with a specific follow up video - as you went down this 'traffic' stance referring to one if not the first video posted showing the officers attempting to get her bug and crazed eyed butt out of the vehicle. You promptly questioned the legality of this. Your recollection is false but does not surprise at this point.
