What do you make of the simple question: who won the debate?
The answer per the people was Ron Desantis.
And frankly he sucked in that debate.

I did not watch the debate but have seen the high lights. They all sucked really.

When more people have a higher favorability rating for DeSantis than anyone else, you'd expect a lot of those people to think that he won the debate.
Think about it, how many Trump voters would say Trump won?
The top "next two after Trump" guys in the polls are also the ones who "WON" the debate.
DeSantis did fine. But his opponents gained on him.

80% of respondents said Christie is still too fat to see his pecker.

Interesting results. The only clear message from this poll is that Trump is everything that everybody knew he was: a coward.

We like data. You may not understand why, but this is decent data.

The Washington Post....
You mean to tell me the Corporatocracy's lap dog media has picked the candidate with their blessing as the winner?
I'm shocked!

The correct answer - but they mostly ignored Meatball Ron, so in the end, I can see how people think he "won".

@jBUMPdawgs03 your thoughts?

I guess some people aren’t objective but there’s no way in good conscience I could say he won the debate. And I’m a well known Ron bot
If I HAD to answer “who won the debate” I’d say either Haley or Christie. Did I like ALL of their answers HELL NO but they seemed relaxed prepared and answered the questions.
Desantis wanted to get his talking points in. No matter what and then he delivered those talking points with an awkward tone.
Ramaswammy came across like the desperate guy in not another teen movie
Please Donald love me! I love you!
Burgum was boring but solid policy wise.
Asa was bad policy wise and poor delivery.
Scott was mediocre.
Pence. Man. I know that it takes a massive ego to think that you yourself is the answer to this country’s problems but man. The 2020 election stuff gave this guy a god complex.

The WaPo before and after poll may be, though it would depend on how they picked the group. Polling them before and after might yield some good data though.
I wouldn't trust a hand picked Fox News focus group of "regular people" R voters any farther than I could throw Chris Christie.

Unless it was positive for trump.

You're right. For some reason the graphic only showed movements for Vivek and Nikki and not for DeSantis. That's where I typed that from. You're correct that it went from 62 to 67.

No, I'm not a Trump guy. I just know not to trust the MSM even when it says things I would like to think are true. It's frankly bizarre to me how people who absolutely know how full of shite the MSM is are so quick to accept what it says when it's something they like.

Looking at trends in the data help avoid bias. I don't think anyone worth listening to would claim this data means Meatball will win. What it really shows us is that when he's able to get his message out, people tend to like what he has to say. That's an absolute positive as we get closer to all of this mattering.

Vivek barely even went after him.
It was weird.
The person who kept talking and kept friggin interrupting was Pence. Which pence interrupting the moderator was completely out of character from 2016-2020.
